| 12/31/11 Another year gone by and how do you feel? As each day is new, new beginnings are always there for us. Past is past.... are you up for the now and what could be or are you going to sit around and think "if only I had"? Regret of what could have been is a terrible waste of energy.... here are some thoughts a good friend of mine sent me that we at Phx7 would like to share with you.... Get beyond regret It’s helpful to feel a little regret. But it is foolish to dwell on that regret. When you look back on the last year, or month, or decade, and see some things you regret, go ahead and feel that regret. Then harness the energy of that regret to create a more positive, fulfilling reality for your life. Regrets teach you about your mistakes in a compelling, personally meaningful way. Go ahead, learn their lessons, and transform your past mistakes into new successes. Feel your regrets, and be truly thankful for them. Feel your regrets, and then feel the joy and possibility of knowing that you can move positively beyond them, beginning immediately. Regrets are painful echoes of the past. Fortunately, you are situated in the present, where you can take effective action that’s fully informed by your wisdom and experience. Feel the regrets, and then quickly redirect their energy into meaningful and productive pursuits. Learn from your regrets, act on your knowledge, and soon you’ll have nothing at all to regret. It couldn't hurt to try....... Special thank you to all are troops, Veterans and their families.... our prayers for you and all you do and have sacrificed for this great country. God Bless America! | One of my favorites for causal dinning is The Fish Market. Overlooking San Diego harbor next to Seaport Village the Fish Market has the perfect atmosphere for dinning on a lazy Sunday afternoon. There is nothing better sitting on their outside deck sipping you favorite drink while enjoying some clams, cheesy bread and a cup of their tasty clam chowder. If you like Bloody Mary's they make a great one! |

| If you like Prime Rib Bully's is the place to go. Fair priced and always a great meal. They still serve one of the best tasting Prime Rib you will ever have. |

| If you like Mexican but you are tired of the same old flavor every restaurant you try.... go to Miguel's and experience of flavors set apart from others. Miguel's serves a great dish in a pleasant atmosphere. Try the Bisteca de Puebla & Lobster Enchilada topped with jalapeño white sauce. AWESOME! A real treat for the taste buds. The service is excellent as well! |

| If you are into Vietnamese you have to go to Château! Pho Hiep & Grill. They are located in Chula Vista and East Lake. Worth the drive even if you live on the other side of downtown San Diego. Great taste and presentation. They have some of the sweetest servers we have had the pleasure of meeting. We go to the one in East Lake located in a fun little mall to walk around. Enjoy! |
