The owner of Phoenix7 Enterprises helped develop and run the world’s largest credit unions in house auto buying service for 6 years. During this time he found a lot of members had been put into bad vehicles with high interest finance on their vehicle. Most of these members were young and in the military. Most were in their vehicle so bad that it was very hard, or impossible, to get them into another one. They either owed too much on a vehicle that had very little trade-in value or their credit had been damaged. The owner found this to be unacceptable.
